We offer a same day dispatch (service for orders placed before 11:00 on weekdays (larger orders may take a little longer). The shipping costs are based on the number of items, the destination country and the speed you would like your order to arrive. 

Please be aware that as a result of Covid-19 there has been some disruption and delay to all courier/delivery services, including Royal Mail, so please be patient and allow extra time. We would always suggest using the Next Day tracked service if you are buying for an occasion.

For deliveries to anywhere in Europe or the Rest of the World we use the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service.

If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel. Orders placed from Dec 12th - Dec 24th will have 30 day returns. 

Please email us (hello@dutchcouragelingerie.co.uk) with the details of your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange item. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item.

Please allow up to 7 working days for us to receive and process returned items

Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage'. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Dutch Courage Lingerie.

Please note we do not refund any shipping costs applied to your original order should you chose to make a partial or full return.
